Possible side effects from cefprozil include:

vomiting
diarrhea
loss of appetite

Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

mild nausea or diarrhea
yeast infection of the mouth or vagina

If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:

an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling
of the lips, face, or tongue; hives; or a rash)
rash, redness or itching
severe nausea
mucous or blood in the stool
unusual bleeding or bruising
